GENERAL DISCRIPTION: Our internal sales and administration staff superbly assist our external sales representatives with skill and technical knowledge to provide support to clients and maximise sales. Clients are usually technical staff from non-retail organisations, mostly end users operating production lines in factories. The emphasis of the work varies from offering written quotations to ensuring that pre-determined stock levels are maintained.
