Purpose of position: Manage the installation and services of our Material Handling Equipment at Customer sites. Duties & Responsibilities: Manage the service level agreements with customers. Plan and Assign technicians to perform installation and service work. Drive continuous improvement and put structures in place to facilitate efficient installation and service methodology. Liaise with new customers & setting up service level agreements. Skills / Competencies: Excellent People Skills Energetic, motivated, determined Able to operate in a team Performing in high pressure environment Be driven to achieve volume Networking ability Basic Computer Skills
