o Assist at other departments when required
o Dealt with telephone queries
o Enter the supplier invoices on Team Work TMS and Pastel, make copies and file the copies in respective vehicle file and originals in supplier
o Type basf invoices on excel file
o Sort out the rfc’s and credit notes
o Open the cost codes on pastel for all vehicles
o Open paint job on glasurit system for all vehicles
o Enter the paint (invoices) on glasurit system
o Print and Close paint job for all vehicles on glasurit system
o Put the photo’s of vehicles on TMS
o Open jobcards ie. Typing of the quote on tms, converting the job, printing of the necessary documentation and opening of the file. Making notes where necessary
o Dealing with assessors regarding additionals or any other queries
o Dealing with the towing company to tow the necessary vehicle to our premises and the charge thereof
o Doing the final costing and calculation of parts prices, labour and paint
