  • Manufacture Valve manifold blocks, including:- milling, drilling and reaming, de-burring, assembly with components and testing.

  • Opening of job cards. 
  • Bin card:- labeling of items for repair
  • Workshop customers' register:- update
  • File job card in numerical sequence. 
  • Order: - capturing internal order (parts needed by artisan or engineer) NB: if not stock item, do requisition buy-out (buy on local suppliers) & follow up on internal back orders.
  • Do quotation to customers. 
  • Attend to customers' queries. Shortly after sending quotation. Follow up for an order, when order received - go-ahead with quote.
  • Delivery Note: - prepare delivery note, when the item completed, call the customer for collection. 
  • Time Sheet:- capturing of time sheets
  • Closing of job cards: - check if everything is captured and if not sure check with the person responsible for the job. Then send for closing.
  • Follow up on customer's old quotations.
  • First Garment: - sorting overalls for laundry & check on short suppliers on returns. Claim referring the rules.
  • Local Buying: - buying of consumables required, cleaning material, or anything required.
  • Buying of safety equipments required.
