  • Operating the entire function of the administration of the Head Office such as fulfilling the role as PA to the CEO & Director

 Full Office Administration - Duties Include:

  • Filing of important and confidential documents, agreements, contracts as well as keeping all paperwork and filing up to date
  • Keeping track and ordering of Company stationery as well as Business Cards
  • Booking company vehicles in for services as well as collection of all licence discs and all papers relating to the vehicles
  • Creating files for meetings
  • Assisting with all Company IT related issues which would include reporting IT matters, following up and ensuring that the Company runs smoothly should the IT personal not be available
