Duties

• quoting clients on hardware or software
• quoting clients on networking

• printing delivery notes
• cloning invoices and billing hardware to clients

Normal duties:
• schedule technicians on site to adhoc clients / move SLA appointments if need be
• scheduling technicians to collect or deliver or install hardware for adhoc or SLA customers
• scheduling outsourced technicians on site tp adhoc or SLA clients
• operating the switchboard
• contacting clients to inform them about scheduled appointments and emailing clients the discussion as well with updates
• assigning tasks to designated departments - support desk technicians individually – using an app called CRM (help desk app) that clients log calls and we assist accordingly
• follow up on techs work daily - tickets pending / not updated after 24hrs / urgent logs not done - monitoring techs tickets individually in a sufficient time
• update leave requests of staff members
• email / call all clients that is required to be updaed on SLAs sxheduled
• check if any re-assign request need to be moved to the relevant technician and do so accordingly. • updating own tickets
• meeting minutes
• giving feedback to each designated technical manager / supervisor on each techs behaviour) - field tech, permanent on site (in-house) tech, support desk
• booking hardware (creating ticket amd assigning it to relevant tech to fix / evaluate / report issuses, etc... on the support desk and once complete assign to relevant tech to deliver back to client once complete (this sort of ticket only happened when field tech did not have time or was not able to fix on site)
